did a factory reset on my unit and now need the maxisys software please help how do I get this back or where can I download it from.

 I don't have any maxisys software at all after my reset. Its got the car icon but when I push it it says maxisys not installed. I did the factory reset because I've read some people have had luck getting updates to go through this way.

 This company is a joke. I can't get an answer to any of my questions and my new scanner is now just an expensive web surfer. Fantastic I will never do business with this company again. And I will recommend to all my fellow technicians to avoid this company. Couldn't update even though I'm in my free update period. And now can't even find the software on my tablet. Thanks guys for the lack of support. 

 Read opening statement I can't download vehicle update in maxisys because maxisys is no longer on my device. I can't download system update either for some reason. I need to get latest system version and the actual maxisys and vci programs back on to my device. I can't update a program that I no longer have. 

 You should have a section on your website where we can download software and install it to our tablets. Would just be easier after reading how many people stuff is messed up.

 ea and when support couldnt fix my issue by saing hit the update button they disappeared.
